This 8-week virtual Christian Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Group helps adults develop practical tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, healthy boundaries, and effective communication within a Christ-centered framework. Using evidence-based DBT skills integrated with Scripture, participants learn to manage anxiety and fear, reduce emotional overwhelm, and respond to stress with greater clarity and resilience. The group meets every other Wednesday at 6:00 PM (PST) and is facilitated by Charity Northan, MS, MA, LMHC, LPC. Enrollment includes a digital DBT e-workbook. This group is cash-pay only and does not bill insurance. Ideal for adults seeking faith-based emotional support in a structured, clinically grounded setting. No prior DBT experience required.
